THE
PERFECT “CLAIRE”
ASFA
9th Grader Lands the Coveted Role of “Claire”
in
Birmingham’s Chocolate Nutcracker
Since the production was
introduced to Birmingham in 2009, the role of Claire has been performed by
guest talent. However this year, Ms.
Reed has presented a special opportunity for local dancers to seize key roles where
their capability meets the professional-level standard required. After three years in the production, Alex’s
hard work has truly paid off.
“I am so grateful for the
opportunity Ms. Laverne is giving me. I
plan to meet and exceed her expectations on December 14th!” says
Alex.
